The website art-square.studio (the "Website") is operated by Sole Proprietor Kulmambetov Bektursun Bakytbekovich (the "Studio", "we"). This Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights visitors have.
1. Data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the text of your message. You provide this data voluntarily.
Technical data: IP address, browser and operating system, request timestamp — recorded by the hosting provider in standard server logs for security and operations.
No other categories of personal data are collected. We do not embed third-party tracking services such as Google Analytics or Yandex.Metrika.
2. Purpose of processing
Responding to your enquiry and preparing a commercial proposal for architectural model services.
Concluding and performing a contract when you order our services.
Operating and securing our information infrastructure.
3. Retention
Contact-form data is kept for no longer than 12 months from receipt unless a contract is concluded.
When a contract is concluded, data is kept for the contract term plus three years thereafter, to satisfy accounting and tax obligations.
Server logs are kept for no longer than 90 days.
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not share your personal data with third parties except where directly required by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic or with your separate consent.
The Website is hosted on our own server in Bishkek (Kyrgyz Republic). DNS is operated through Cloudflare (USA), which processes only network metadata (IP addresses) for request routing.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of processing of your personal data. Send the request to the e-mail address below; it is processed within 30 calendar days.
You may withdraw consent to data processing at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before the withdrawal.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act dated 14 April 2008, No. 58.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The current version is always published at /privacy with the latest update date.
