These Terms govern the use of art-square.studio and related services provided by Sole Proprietor Kulmambetov Bektursun Bakytbekovich (the "Studio").
1. Scope
The Website is an information resource about Studio services in the field of architectural modelmaking. Information on the Website is for informational purposes and is not a public offer.
Specific work terms and pricing are agreed individually and formalised in a separate contract.
2. Intellectual property
All materials on the Website (photographs, videos, texts, design) belong to the Studio or are used with the rights-holders’ permission. Copying, distribution and other use without the Studio’s written consent are prohibited.
The "ART SQUARE STUDIO" mark and related brand identity are protected designations.
3. Liability
The Studio is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website caused by maintenance or circumstances beyond its control.
You agree to use the Website in good faith and not to attempt unauthorised access, overload or interference.
4. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Bishkek at the Studio’s place of registration.
5. Changes
The Studio may amend these Terms. The current version is available at /terms.
